James offers expert club maintenance to ensure your gear is performing at its best. From re-gripping to cutting down, he'll ensure your clubs are ready to perform at their best every time you hit the course.
Have you found your own grips online and need someone to fit them so you don’t stuff it up? We’ve got you covered. Drop the clubs and grips in and we’ll get them sorted for you.
Have your clubs become a bit too short for your game, or did you find them secondhand? Instead of investing in new shafts or purchasing entirely new clubs, why not adjust the ones you have? Lengthening your steel-shafted clubs is a cost-effective solution that can restore comfort and performance without the need for major purchases.
Noticing that your PW and 9-iron are going the same distance? Or maybe there’s too much of a gap between your PW and Sand wedge? If your irons feel good but aren’t going where you want them to, it could be a loft and lie issue. No need to worry - we’ll measure and adjust everything for you, and recommend what will work best for your game.
Do your clubs feel a little too long, or just hard to control? It might be time to shorten them! We can take care of that for you, and we’ll do our best to save your current grip, too - so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Whether you’ve outgrown your current clubs or acquired a secondhand set, it’s possible that some of them just don’t feel quite right in terms of length. Before you go for new shafts or a fresh set of clubs, consider having your graphite-shafted clubs lengthened. It's a smart, budget-friendly choice to improve your game without the hassle of replacing your equipment.

If your putts are bouncing or launching when they hit the face, it's a good sign that the loft might need a little tweaking. Repairs
Are your grips starting to feel shiny or slippery? It’s probably time for a replacement! Grips should generally be swapped out after about 50 rounds.
Bring them in, and we’ll get them looking and feeling like new.

Perhaps you’ve broken your graphite shaft and it needs replacing, perhaps you need a shaft that’s softer or a bit stiffer (…get your mind out of the gutter!)
